Just answered this under another question -- lol omg -- You mean my subconscious desire to be a rocket?? Yes! I even have it when I am laying on my side and leg on the bottom does it. Honestly it freaked me out the first few times but now it cracks me up!! I am always amazed how it varies in where I kick from - knee down or from thigh down. It also reminds me of when I was a kid with my brothers and we would kick or punch eachother and would say "oops! Involuntary leg/arm spasm" -- when I wasn't single I was treat to sleep with. Between twitching, involuntary body jumps (whole body), kicking or arm flinging -and don't forget when you get that spasm that others call a Charlie Horse which causes pain that does not resolved at times for hours!--- I would have bonus night sweats where the only area of my body not drenched was my underwear, which was helpful since I swear i would wake up having to pee and the bed/me so soaked that I thought I might have peed already, to whip off the covers and freeze -- chills that would make my teeth chatter not able to make go away so I turn heat up to finally warm up and start the hot flash cycle again. Finally as the highlight to my partners night, I started having these night rages where I would sit straight up and yell, swear and sob -- fully sleeping without any memory. I know this is TMI but it's all interconnected. So now you know my secret life of being a Sweaty Possessed Rocket that rides a Horse named Charlie in her sleep

Yes I have those jumpy legs I hate it. I have night sweats, too but my feet stays cold all the time I have to sleep in my sock all the times. One legs or the leg on the bottom gives me a fit I had those sleep less night.

DawnO like your answer. Check with the dr may have RLS. I think my legs have their own brain anyway. They move and jump when they want.

My legs do it as well. But my arms and legs do it too. Does anyone else get it in their arms too?

Only at night and only sometimes while relaxing and watching TV
