I want to quit smoking and I already have my patches to do so. Does anyone want to quit with me on a certain date together? I'm not talking today but soon enough. Thought it might be fun and a bit easier if we had a quitting buddy...

I'm going on one month cigarette-free after smoking 20 yrs .. My neuro told me "you have to quit it's making it worse" .. That's my motivation!! Patches helped cravings .. 3 weeks on 21mg now on 14mg for two weeks then 7mg two weeks habit is broken but the cravings rear their nasty ass heads! Just thinking of the money I'm saving, and how much better I'm treating my body.

I would like to try with yall, I have been smoking for 20 yrs. every time I am down to three cigs I say oh I got to finish these so I can quite, not gonna buy any more., I smoke a pack a day I really need help and support. I can't afford to get the different things to help. I know I need to quit with diabetes, MS, and having breast cancer in 2013 (not related to smoking) but I am sure it added.

You guys can do this. I've heard so many times "your head has to be in the right place" and I agree with that 100% now.. I quit SO MANY TIMES and always started back up .. this time .. "You have to quit, it's making it (MS) worse" from my neurologist .. done-done. GOOD LUCK and get your head in the right place. HUGS
