Bingo,,,thats what I was looking for, wanted to see how many people said anything about that..Most doctors don't even test for that because they say that everyone at some point has had Epstein barr if they have any kind of infection, but that is not really true,,,,Epstein Barr was so high that the doctor was shocked, said he had never seen numbers that high, that was picked up from my gynecologist that did a slavia test on me for my hormone levels....That has always been on my mind since, That is when I became ill with multiple weird symptoms and so tired I literally could not walk from the chair to the bathroom without being completely exhausted.....I was prescribed 7mons.worth of anti biotics now they don't help me at all for anything, I developed an immunity for them....I just find that to be a possible connection, most doctors don't discuss it, nor do they really know that much about it, but if you research it and know your own numbers then who knows maybe there Is something to it...I am always looking for answers probably a shot in the dark but worth a shot...

I have wondered this very same thing, I saw an earlier post about measles. As a child I had a very bad case of the measles that affected my eyesight, that is about it on that note. However, when I was 12 or 13 years old, I recall something went crazy with my legs and I could not walk for 2 weeks, my mother thought it was because I had went swimming to early. But looking back I believe it was an MS attack. when I reached 14 I was a dancer (ballet, modern dance) and once again I had that attack with my legs no feeling could not walk exhausted etc. the doctor said I had evidently injured myself in some way from dancing and recommended I give up the art of dancing. I was devastated. Over the years I have experienced all of the symptoms but just did not know it was MS.

It's interesting since now they are able to DX MS in children....I feel like I've had it since I was young now that I know signs and symptoms..I had strep throat and woke up and couldn't walk, the attending doc at ER said the strep settled in my hips..this was when I was 5 yrs old...Now looking back that makes no sense! So I am thinking I had a very bad relapse then but they didn't know to look for MS in someone that young.

It's very possible that you had you had it young and no one knew bc it wasn't being DX so young or as early as now!
