Positive ANA test

I had a positive ANA test but everything else was within normal limits. At the time I also had a urinary tract infection. Ha anyone else had a positive ANA or know much about the test. I know it's used for lupus testing.

I had a high ANA test years before my MS diagnosis. It was repeated to see if it was real and it was still high. Got sent to a rheumatologist to determine if I had lupus and was told no lupus. None of the other tests they did for lupus were positive.
