Thanks so much for everyone's advise and help!!!!
I went to lunch with some old friends today and they were "shocked" how much my MS had advanced in the last year. I told them "Crap, my Neuro expected me to be bedridden and in diapers, unable to feed myself by now! Damn look at me! I was slow, but I walked into this restaurant with NO help from anyone or machine! I think after 20 plus years of this disease I'm doing pretty damn good!" They gave me around of applause, totally embarrassing me! Lol

You may know, the medical solution for knees that won't bend is surgery to cut the tendons. I have so far refused to go there, because it means giving up any hope of ever walking again. I figure if I have all my parts intact there's always hope I'll get better.
