I've been reading about the benefits of Folic Acid and DHA for MS patients.
Folic acid is sometimes used for jumpy legs (restless leg syndrome), sleep problems, depression, nerve pain, and muscle pain.
DHA has supposedly been found to improve function and decrease the exacerbation & relapse rates.
Has anyone tried either of these supplements? I can't find details on how much to take per day, if I decide to try them. Any ideas?

I haven't tried them specificly for MS but I do take supliments everyone needs to if you are not getting enough in your diet specific ones can help with certain things but if you have questions ask your doctor and always read the back for suggested dosage because you shouldn't use more than you need
take D3 and Magnesium and Potassium and Q10
