Sorry guys this is for women only. Ladies during that "time' are you noticing signs as If the start of a relapse beginning?
Yes, I go into a sort of flare every time.
I've always thought that I had periods that just wipe me out. I never even thought about it being a precursor to a relapse of MS. I've even wondered what a relapse felt like because I am in constant pain. It will be interesting to hear what others have experienced.
Fatigue is magnified
@A MyMSTeam Member and @A MyMSTeam Member. When I was working, I would check my temp randomly and I always seemed to run a low grade temp- somewhere around 100.1 to 100.9, just under the wire where I could stay at work without having to call infection control (I worked in the hospital) and it seemed to have no rhyme or reason. I couldn't pin down a cycle or pattern and I really looked. I have had hot flashes for well over a decade. I've been told by various docs that it's "probably the Rosacae" and "it could be hormonal" and of course now it might be the MS. And now, I am nearing 50 so I'm right back to the hormonal scenario. I know it sucks. But I guess it just is what it is and each day is a new journey down the "pain de jour" highway.
My legs always cramp horrible sorting that week.... Otherwise it's hit and miss.
