Restless legs? My legs have a mind of their own! Usually at night they awaken me with tremors, cramps, or the "urge" to travel across the bed no matter where the rest of me is laying!
I do find relieve by taking Gabapentin/Neurontin at night (300-600 mg) which calms the legs and leaves me more rested in the morning without side effects.
I'm long-term RRMS (30years!) and happy to answer any questions if I can.
Best,
Joy J.
