Those not having our issues don''t seem to show interest in or take time to try to understand what we face on a regular basis. Because we look fine they feel we are fine & Might be looking for sympathy. BELIEVE ME I DON'T WANT YOUR SYMPATHY, I WANT YOUR UNDERSTANDING OR YOUR EFFORT TO TRY UNDERSTANDING!!

Oh yes. I use these words feels like - some one is hammering nails into my legs, Someone is trying to break my legs, I have thousands of straight pins in my legs or arms, my legs are asleep, I can't feel my legs, I have shooting pains in my legs, or arms, down my back, in my neck. Also a twisting kind of pain, spasms. Use these words alot.

I'm Happy for You, not experiencing pain is a plus because walking & cognition issues are enough to deal with, Adrian, U are in my Thoughts & Prayers!! Sincerely, Grace Hernandez❤️
