Vit D and B's help. Fatigue is such a hard thing with MS. I' be been on several different drugs and I have not found one that total helps with the fatigue. Getting rid of stress helped the most. I think soft tissue mayo facial theropy helped me the most. Let me know if you find something that works for you.

My family dr is the one who prescribes the vit D. It is 50,000u. I know she prescribes it because I can't stand the heat, so I do not go out in the sun very often. I also know that they do check my level because it is a vitamin that you can actually get too much. Mine doesn't cover adderall either, it's called amphetamine mix ER and the Ritalin is methylphenidate .

Should I take Vit. D as well as D3, ya think? I thought I just needed the D3. And I'll be talking to my neuro about Ritalin since my insur. doesn't cover Adderall.
