I find that exercising helps my walking tremendously. When I don't exercise my muscles atrophy and I become really tired. On the other hand, when I over do it I can become very sore for days. I do isometric water exercises, walk at least 4 times a day and yoga every other day.

I find it helps me so much! I get sore after but that's to be expected with exercising in general. It's so nice to keep my body moving.

I swim 2 times a week in a cardio class that also works on core and balence. It just makes me feel like I'm not sitting around all the time. I don't know that it has helped me physically but definitely emotionally!

Ive always head that it does help, but ive yet to feel like thats true. Even just simple walking. The more I walk the worse I get (unsteadiness, wobbly, etc) and then my hips hurt more after im done walking
