I've been on Gilenya since August and although I don't know if it is working yet, I do tolerate it very well. I haven't had any noticeable side effects yet. I think these decisions are very personal as we all seem to have different experiences. Do your research, but don't let it stress you out. Eventually you'll just have to try one and see what your experience is.

I was on tecfidera and it did not make much difference. Now. I'm getting infusion of ocrevus every 6 months. Just had my second dose. 4 days ago

I will be starting the Gylenia because I was so sick and tired of the shots. So the pill sounds great to me. I am on lots of meds. and stopped thinking about side effects long ago. Do we ever feel good, really?? So, if I get some side effects from the new pill I won't even know it!I think with MS, I say that I am going to assume I would be feeling worse if I was NOT taking something. Because we just don't know, until something comes on the market that reverses the damage......donate everyone!

I have been on Tecfidera since May and the biggest issue I have had is stomach uneasiness. I have felt nausea when I forget to eat something with it. Which I should be doing anyway with my handful of pills that I take 4 times a day. Other than that I haven't noticed anything "NEW" and exciting to report. I hope this helps.
