Size matters when it comes to the vests. Overall yes cooling is good. I use a cooling pillow, vest, and anything else cool. Best use for cooling packs used in med shipment. Refreeze and nice cooling ice pack in towl. Used on neck to cool and head aces. Chest for core cooling.

So my cooling vest actually just came tiday. I know you called them and they said February, but I would still go to the website msaa.org, print the forms and mail them in. I mailed mine last week and it came. Worth a try
