I have been taking it now for about 3months and I am shocked because I was sceptical. I had mri's done in jan and that showed no activity but some lesions were shrinking! :-) I went and had my yearly check up last wk and not only was my blood pressure 90/72 but my lipid panel was perfect as well as a1c which I was nervous about because they were all borderline last yr! I must say I will be taking this for now on, it taste gross but the benefits outweigh the taste!
I just bought my first bottle of capsules...i will definitely keep everyone posted...Im excited to see the results..been having a really hard time lately
I started about 2 weeks ago and have had an interesting experience. All positive. After doing quite a bit of research, it seems the right dosage is one teaspoon, twice daily. The capsules are only 0.25 teaspoons ...
Yes its seem useful.. after taking it for a year i just had one very minor flare up (left face numbness and tic, very mild compared to last year). I feel like more energetic than ever, before that i feel exhausted even when i just slept enough. My brain fogging rarely flare up, last year its really hard to calls name of people and thing. Now it just fog when i tired. my left hand is not shaky now, last year i almost cannot use it for weeks to type as it tend to double hit (it doesn’t shaky when at rest) now it still litle shaky when i try to hold thing, but very minor. And I cant tell when the last random all over body tic happen and its a good thing. but my left foot vibration/buzzing feeling still there as long as I can remember.
I recommend you use cold pressed one, as Thymoquinone are easily evaporate.
Here in Indonesia you can easily find it online or even on drug store. And it’s really cheap, only $5 per 500mg x 210 capsule.
I've read that it has many benefits and started taking it today. Will update my status later
