I work in a hospital and on my feet all day long. After about an hour on my feet they begin to burn and get really hot and sweaty. It's very painfull .I change my socks and shoes about every two hours. after work they get really cold like they are thawing out. It's very painfull. Anyone else have this problem?
Yes my feet are never comfortable. Either too cold or too hot. Also my r foot (weak side) is colder than L foot.
My feet are numb & always feel like they are on fire. I can't sleep with socks on - which is weird because all my life I had to have socks on. Now that my feet are numb having socks on actually hurts. I can't wear high heels because I would break an ankle - no balance. I did take Neurontin for awhile but it didn't help any. The struggles we go through when you have MS.
belive me its not the size, back then for me I know I tried 30 different types, sizes I think going to larger size caluses sweeling witch is controlled with compression socks, and they do work,i had gone to one foot doc and as soon as he heard ms he said go back to nor,ro, I amit every shoe and my thinking they fealt like they would work, but were all differant
doc's not consearned,or they don't know, being a smoker having blood flow checked, checking with a thermal thermometer one foot will be 58 degrees other 71 degree for head 86 .but it doesn't mean any thing to them.noting has worked that I have tried, except galapenten every 3-4 hr,s where you just don't feel them, they feel haft right after sleeping all night where temp equals out
Thank you for all the input. very helpfull. I wiill try the 100% leather and cotton socks. Anything is worth a try.
