I switched from copaxone to tecfidera, I had multiple relapses on copaxone I've been on tecfidera going on a year now and just got a letter from my doctor that said my MRI from last Monday showed a significant improvement compared to last year while I was on copaxone

Yeah...there are new concerns about the risks of PML with Tecfidera now too. The best thing to do is first get the simple blood test to see if you are JC virus positive. If not, no worries. If so, might look for alternatives. I was tested and am JC virus positive. No Tysabri or Tec for me.

Undoubtedly copaxone has the longest safest track record, but im going backwards on it. I also have horrible site reactions to it. At this point i gotta try tec

I used Copaxone and then switched to Rebif because I was not seeing the results I wanted with the Copaxone. After switching off of it, I saw much better results on my MRI.
