My teeth and gums has shooting pains going through them. But if I am drinking or chewing it don't hurt ?

My gum are more of a burning irritation. I talked to my dentist and he thought maybe I Kaveri a bacteria and should use mouth was moe often. That has not seemed to help. What medication do you take. I'm on rebif 22 mg and LDN.
