Yes, I've been on it since March of 2014, and it has helped greatly. All you can do is try it yourself, but if you read Terry Wahls' story, you can't help but think it has to help.

I am not strictly following the Wahls Protocol but I am following the Paleo Diet and love it. It doesn't seem to help with my MS symptoms, but I do feel like i overall am healthier.

I am very interested in trying the Wahls proticol or Paleo diet. It is very intimidating to think about not having grains or dairy. Do you have any hints to begin the diet ?

Well, CoolLioness, you happen to be incorrect. If you actually read her book, she would explain, very clearly, why, for autoimmune disease The Wahls Protocol does work. The author, Dr Terry Wahls, has MS herself. Very quickly progressing, she was completely bedridden, and now bikes miles daily. I have been on this protocol for over a year, and it has changed my life. One of the reasons it helps is because it takes out all inflammatory food out of the diet, and packs it with foods that helps the mitochondria to heal itself, which she tested in a lab. She is a Internist, researcher, and natural medicine physician. I understand that you are frustrated about this disease and the lack of improvements made, but please don't discourage others to want to take control of their bodies.
