Does Anyone Know Anything About What The Results Mean For An ENG/VNG?

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭

I had a VNG done two years ago which was abnormal in a few areas. This is a test for Vertigo/Dizziness.

Has anyone had one and what was the outcome? If abnormal is it related to your MS?

Thanks in Advance!

I had dizzy spells as a child, I'm talking the 1950s.. come to find out it is one of the symptoms of MS... never needed a test for it as the finally subsided.. remember, this is early days of medical diagnosis.. my suggestion is to ask a lot of questions of your primary care provider and to your neurologist.. why do I need this test and what do you think it will provide for my care..
