I found what helps the dryness is to rinse with Biotene and hopefully saves teeth. They also make toothpaste.

I forgot about the HCTZ. Gabapentin, with also include an increase of thirst. Wow, I really don't like looking at all the side effects. They look as bad as the disease. I tried to stop reading them years ago. Have to be careful with the dry mouth though, I've lost three teeth now - molars.

My second autoimmune will more than likely be Diabetes Type 2. I'm still pre-diabetic. That does run in my family, the MS? So far I'm the only one.
