I just switched from avonex to tysabri. My hands are getting worse! Called my dr but the nurse called me back to say the dr wants me to really give tysabri a chance. I dont think she relayed the message properly. I know it takes awhile to work but my symptoms are getting worse. I just wanted to know if that was normal in the beginning. Thank you to everyone who responded. I know it will take awhile for it to work. I guess I'm just concerned that all of a sudden my symptoms are worse. My body is all flared up again.

Wow! I had a relaspe about 3 weeks ago and my doctor may won't me to change my medicine because the Avonex is not working for me. I am scheduled to get another MRI on next Tuesday, March 3rd.
I hope TYSABRI work i will be starting it the 16 March in have been off my old medication a month im so ready
