a typical smoothie for me: kale or spinach, carrot, celery, chia seeds, water, plant-based protein powder, virgin coconut oil, blue berries, 1/2 frozen banana, hemp seeds, and 1 organic apple. Crank on your blender then enjoy. Hey, freeze a bit for later in the week.

1 Cup spinach, 1 Cup Kale, 1/2 Cup Mango, 1/2 cup Pineapple, 1/2 Banana, 3/4 - 1 Cup Coconut water or water. Cut the spinach and Kale to small pieces for better blending. Add water to make it as thin or thick as you want it. You can add sugar, but I like it without sugar. I think it is sweet enough.

I just started daily juicing this week! I have had more energy. for breakfast, 1 banana, 2 cups "milk" (I use hemp milk), protein powder, ice and some salad, usually a mix of spinach and other green stuff. Sometimes i add my coffee to it. It tastes like a milkshake! for non-milk based juices add some lemon or ginger root To hide the taste. For my kids, I add some 100% juice or frozen berries to hide the green taste. Are you juicing or.blending? I blend because I need the calories due to my allergies.

Here's some more ideas! :) My husband uses a juicer instead of the blender. It's quite a debate in our house! lol! Any greens will do!! Dandelion helps detox, so I usually get a salad mix with some of those. Romaine is supposed to be full of nutrients, even though it's not super dark in color. Spinach and all that is good. I try to avoid the salad mixes with the dark purple greens, because they tend to go bad faster. Cucumbers add a nice taste. My husband likes to add watermelon for more liquid. He doesn't like tomatoes and I think mangoes (I can't remember if that's right!) because it gunks up the juicer. Really with a little lemon, it does not taste that bad. If you add some berries it will hide the taste too.

From the guy who made the documentary "Fat sick and nearly dead" I am planning on making a few of these!!
