I took the darn drug for almost 4 months. I was SO sick on it. The doctor kept telling me it would get better until one week I started to want to kill myself...I mean for real Thank God that I told my boyfriend. It was all that Tecfidera!!
Everyone....PLEASE be careful and if you start to feel depressed or have any thoughts of hurting yourself----tell anyone & just remember that it's just that so-called medicine- playing with your mind

I've been on Tecfidera for 9 months, Had an MRI in the 6th month and had no new lesions on spine or brain. I will need another MRI in 6 months then we'll know if I can stay on it..

I have been on it since 2012 and I have not had any flare ups. During the first few weeks I did expect all the side effects but once it subsided I have not had any issues. I know the medication is working because I am not fatigued and don't experience the tingling and stiffness in my arms & legs. I hope this was helpful.

I have been on Tecfidera for only 2 months, I have been nauseated and don't want to eat, which is okay because I reall could lose some weight but I hate feeling sick. It's really draining me! I have also had some mild flushing. I have a blood test to be done next month to check WBC? Whenever they do another MRI I hope it's paying off. I understand that my side effects may only last for a short time? Also does anyone else having problems remembering if. You took the med or not?
