I find my legs often feel like sore muscles when I have done nothing to strain them. Is this what people refer to as having pain from MS? I'm sorry if it seems like a silly question, but I'm still new to the MS scene.

I've had both. The feeling where your legs are sore like the day after you run alot or have a "leg" day at the gym sore. And the kind where you just feel this drive you crazy urge to move your legs because just can't get "comfortable". And very rarely actually shooting stabbing pain. I've also had hypersensitivity if anything touched my legs it burned like I was sitting on dry ice.

Thank you to everyone, I wasn't sure if my legs we ms related or not and my dr was clueless or uninterested. Your description were spot on in describing my legs now I know I am not imaging it or becoming a hypercondriact - excuse spelling.

My leg soreness is what seems to be the strong issue lately. I try to describe it and usually have a tough time since it's not the typical kind of pain people are used to. At times it feels like a snake is constricting them other times I feel like I need to shake them out. Just now I had to do a baseball catchers squat. It can be exhausting but I look at it as the new normal and keep on living
