My P/T wants me to wear shoes in the house. I hate wearing shoes in the house. He says it has to be done. Does anyone know of a shoe they like that can be slipped on a off that is comfortable and stable for a person with MS to wear around the house?
I prefer to be barefoot as I think I "feel" the floor better! Why shoe recommendation?
I like my sketchers, no laces, slip on, has an ankle wrap, doesn't look to bad either.
Wear slippers. There a shoe. Whoever told you that has no experience with M.S. during bad coordination spells. Shoes will drag. People have different symptoms, but I'm sure you'll find similar obstacles.
To @A MyMSTeam Member thank you for the response. I think I will use a combination. I did find a shoe on line at nordstroms on sale that had a mesh surface and a wide sole with a curved up front which would help with my foot drop.
I wear sneakers and just slip them on. I just don't tie them super tight. I saw online about these stretchy clips so you can turn shoes into slipons. they're called hickies. Quite a name for shoe laces! Lol! http://www.hickies.com/
