Anyone Using Adderral For Fatigue I'm On 40 Mg A Day I Feel Like I Have Lots Of Energy
Does anyone use Adderall for fatigue? I'm on 20 mg feel like o have more energy.
Yes, I've been using adderall for fatigue for almost a year. I take 2 10mg's in the morning. I was very reluctant to take it at first. But finally just tried it. It is amazing for me. It keeps me from wanting to sit and lay down all day. However, around 8pm I can feel it wearing off. But overall I would recommend anyone who has fatigue to try it. My fatigue is mild to moderate most days.
I take Adderall and before that Ritalin. I was diagnosed with ADD since I was 6 and reevaluated at 12. I stil take my Adderall but it does not help with my fatigue....I guess because it works very differently for people who do not have an attention deficit disorder. I know some that have taken it without having a disorder and they responded to it as stimulants would respond. They are amphetamines. Research before you take this. It can cause some issues long term like heart. And with some of us who have autonomic nervous system issues with our hearts affected really need to be cautious.
I helps me with balance too
My doctor is head of neurology at a university hospital and is the MS specialist. There are a lot of different drugs available so your doctor should be willing to try at least one. It's been proven that MS fatigue is not like just normal tiredness and you will really be able to do more and be happier with some help for this incredible level of fatigue which will only get worse as the weather heats up. Good luck.
I've on Adderall. I've tried just about all the anti-fatigue drugs over the years and I'm satisfied with the Adderall.
