I've used every form of B12 there is (sublingual, lozenges, injections). I have problems metabolizing. I need to be on thyroid but I can't tolerate synthroid etc. Rhodiola didn't do anything for me. Sometimes I use 5 hour energy, but it can make me very sleepy.

I take Ritalin. Caffeine causes my TN to flare.
I occassionally take modafinil as well, usually if im going to be doing some driving as it helps me focus. I break a tab into four small pieces, just a piece gives me a boost without the restlessness and insomnia
I find a traditional black tea to be very good.
