Which is better cold weather or hot weather?

Well let's see, heat or cold. Cold=aches and pains. Heat=exhaustion and miserable. I'll go with a steady 65-70 degree day all year round. Anybody know a place like that?

I too struggle with extremes, but living in the Pacific Northwest it is moderate most of the time which is a relief.

Njdank, The SF Bay area & some spots in the Southern Ca. But hard to find a steady 65-70. I wish you well.

In the cold weather I ache all over. The heat zaps my energy, but swimming makes me very happy!

I prefer cooler weather. The 90° plus puts me down. I don't have snow in my area, but if it is 50° outside, I can walk in a tank top still and be comfortable.
