My husband had severe spasticity in calf. Tried Botox(no good in leg). Tried acupuncture (fair). Very very best was Shiatsu Massage. Really worked for him. Now continues working out in gym and takes Baclofen and Tizanidine and Neurontin. Under complete control

Shiatso massage worked wonders for my husbands calf spasms the pain was off the walls. Every other week for a year then stayed with Baclofen and Zaniflex and spasms under controll. Botox didn't work on lower extremities. Accupuncture helped 30% Massage was GREAT. Also try Myofascia release exercise that is inexpensive and works on all body pains.

Tonic water, potassium, epsom salt baths, stretching, physical therapy. Also as some have said medical cannabis. Good luck!
