I use the Pregridy injections every two weeks. I have also had six injections (three at full strength). The side effects I have are pain, redness and itching at the injection site, joint pain and some flu like symptoms. Right now I am pushing through them because I am so damn sick of this last relapse and I desperately want it to end. This was the first MS med I have taken so I was not sure what to expect.

I'm on plegridy i take my 6th shot on Friday. So far the only side affects are in my legs (which seems to be the only place that i have problems in). I also had issues with my shot in my stomach but I didn't go deep enough and was in pain until I took the next one. Other than that it seems to be fine for me.

Had 3 shots so far. 1st shot 65mg gave me a slight fever body aches and pains the very next day. 2nd day my body was back to its normal so so. 2nd shot 90ish MG gave me a slight headache next day no fever. Slight aching feeling but not bad. 3rd shot same effects as 1st shot. Hope 4th is better.

I took my first shot last Friday and I was lucky enough to have no side affects other than cramped calves for two days.
