I am starting tecfedira in two weeks, any tips or information would be greatly appreciated!
Get your blood work done b4 you start to make sure u WBC is in normal range. And get tested every three months. After 7 months my WBC dropped lower than a person w HIV. Not even on the charts. Took 4 months to get back up. Neuro said its happening to a lot of his patients.
@A MyMSTeam Member - Ampyra is the only drug that I take, and it has improved my walking tremendously.
When I started,taken Tecfidera after being off ALL MS meds for 2monrhs and was in the middle of BAD EXCERBATION . It didn't take long to see improvement. Over time I have seen more improvement. . No Walker, no cane and able to walk further and further. I must mention I am also taking Amprya. ( I think I spelled that correctly) , Vitiam D and calcium . Good luck I think you will do well. My husband think this medicine has changed my life for the better.

I'm starting it on Monday 8-10-2015, I am somewhat apprehensive, but thankful that there is something that could help. I will appreciate advice also.
