fatigue meds

I have been on Ritalin for about 13 years and doesn't seem to be helping as much. I'm wondering what others are using and how well it helps. My fatigue seems to just be getting worse with working full time, raising my grand baby, and the especially hot summer we have had.

The Magic drug for fatigue is Modafinil(Provigil) I can stay up all night when I take a tablet in the afternoon

I take adderall, adderall XR and Nuvigil...

Beginning to think I take too much and it's backfiring.
