I just started the higher dose around 3 weeks ago and had much less reactions at the skin where I injected but now I got some other problems. 1,5 weeks ago I nearly collapsed in the morning and my circulation is totally out of control. I'm getting now very depressed and frightened. I don't know exactly what to do and if all this may ease off after a while.

I have been using the 40mg for about 6 months as well, and I love the fact I only need 3 a week! Yippee!

I have been doing the 3x for at least 6 months -- can't really remember. But it is much better than daily. And if you inject in fatty areas it doesn't dimple or hurt as much. I also find that manual injection -- slowly releasing -- makes it sting less.

More painful than the 20mg version. I feel much more fatigue and have more headaches. Not sure if it's totally related to this change as many things have just happened in my life at the same time !

I started Copaxone about 6 months ago and I haven't had an "episode" for a long time. I also started Ampyera and it's helped my walking a lot. Haven't felt this good for a long time.
