Anybody read the book Overcoming Multiple Sclerisis by George Jelinek? Curious if worth reading?

YES, YES. YES. Actually I read his first book. Not sure what the new version is like. Read and highlighted lots of stuff when I was told "you probably have MS" back in 2004.Quite a positive book with lots of info but not too technical. As he is a doc and I am a nurse I appreciated his balanced view on this disease.

I fine caffeine helps with fatigue at least for me!..

I’ve decided to stop Kesempta as I never thought it helped much. I’m going to try better eating. As I can’t walk very good and When you can’t exercise, how do you lose weight??!! I don’t eat much so it’s not due to that.
