Anybody read the book Overcoming Multiple Sclerisis by George Jelinek? Curious if worth reading?
YES, YES. YES. Actually I read his first book. Not sure what the new version is like. Read and highlighted lots of stuff when I was told "you probably have MS" back in 2004.Quite a positive book with lots of info but not too technical. As he is a doc and I am a nurse I appreciated his balanced view on this disease.
Have not don't plan to either.
I have not read Overcomin MS but I will check it out. I am very interested n what advise the author gives
I’ve decided to stop Kesempta as I never thought it helped much. I’m going to try better eating. As I can’t walk very good and When you can’t exercise, how do you lose weight??!! I don’t eat much so it’s not due to that.
I havent read Prof. George Jellinek's latest book but the older version never professes that diet will 'cure' ms, the cover of the book ssys" natural and medical therapies to prevent its progression". The book uses evidence based peer reviewed references for the chapters on mefical treatmrnts. There is discussion on diet when diet is discussed but no cure. He also discusses amalgam, exervise, meditation among other things. Lots of books out there but this was thevinly real one I found in 2004 and the www was not yet very helpful.
