Are any of you going through breast cancer on top of your MS?

Getting ready to battle breast cancer with relapsing MS. Looks like a double masectomy; I am cautious to ask but anyone have any good input? I am already scared enough so no absolute horror stories please! Just looking for anything that may be helpful or to keep in mind. Thanks!

..I was diagnosed with prostate cancer one week prior to my first ms attack...doing canabis oil sems to have slowed the cancer...
