I have a lump for every injection of Copaxerone that I've had. They eventually shrink but don't go away. They also itch. My PCP says it's common and not to worry.
Okay, thanks
I get them and they go away after about a week. I actually find it useful in my rotation of injection sites. Since I can only inject in my hips and stomach now, if there is a lump, I know to go somewhere else until the lump disappears :)
Thanks, all for your responses
I got them when I first started and they would take a few days to go away. Almost 3 years in I rarely get a lump (if I do it goes away in a day or two) and I almost never have any itching anymore.
Try massaging the lumps in a warm shower 24 hours after injection.
