Does anyone else ever got so confused about how they feel and find themselves so incapable of expressing how they feel that they have tantrums like a three year old?

Yes all the time. It's so frustrating and then I just get angry :( sometimes I don't even know who I am anymore!

I often have temper tantrums. I know how I feel but I get annoyed by people frequently.

@A MyMSTeam Member I realised if I am walking up stairs and lose focus - think of something else, decide I need to turn and go down - I stumble. So, I have had to develop a new mindfulness. Focus entirely on what I am doing. If walking I pick a point in the distance and try to walk straight and tall in a straight line to it, on stairs I just do the stairs. I'm not perfect at it but I do notice when I'm not I do have more balance issues.

As for the blank thoughts - you should've seen me packing for our holidays. Every time I left the room to get something I'd go OK now what was I getting. Every time. Its lucky we had anything at all with us.
