I take 4000 IU per night at bed time
I have to take 4000 IU daily . Vit D3 plays a vital part in the making of red blood cells, immune system . Google vit D3.
I take 5000 IU a day as my levels are low but don't notice any difference. I read a study that said people with MS had fewer problems by keeping levels up. By the way, the health store said to take it in the morning as it may keep you up in the evening.
