I was told MS patients shouldn't take anything to boost the immune system as MS is our immune system attacking the myelin sheath in our central nervous system. We don't want to give our immune system any help.

My neuro just had me start Super B Complex for energy and memorym. Plus it has Vitamin C so that's great for the immune system.

My neuro recommends a multi, folic acid, and b12. I use the bilingual liquid as b12 is poorly absorbed through the digestive tract

I'm reading overcoming ms, they recommend vitamin D..B and omega 3 fatty acids. I've not tried it so I'd do a bit more research first if I was you x
