yes I smoke. I have been trying to quit but with every attempt I fail. I bought a vapor and am still hopeful I can win. the problem is I don't want to. I know all the benefits to quitting and know its for the best yet I still enjoy smoking. so for me I believe its a struggle to convince myself that I don't want to smoke.

I definitely think it will be a struggle but I think if we set our minds to it and convince ourselves that its gross and we don't like it maybe we can over come the fact we enjoy it. our minds are very powerful.

I'm still smoking... I know I shouldn't. I've had cancer as well. Not lung cancer but the type I had, if it spreads, spreads to the lungs.... so I'm a retard smoking but it's tough.

I am being told everyday that i should stop, the more they tell me, the more I smoke. Although I know I should stop, we all should stop, lol.

I quit almost five years ago. It was a few months before being diagnosed. Do I miss it? You bet. But it was the best thing for me. I was getting dizzy after every smoke. Was there a connection? Looking back things sure did change.
