I tend to miss school more than I'd like to but some days are just so bad! It's nothing to feel bad about or insecure! Who cares what people think, just live your life to the fullest of your ability and be happy. I just say to my self it could be worst! It helps a bit

I have missed a lot of family activities because of MS. If I know something important is coming up I have learned to take it easy a few days in advanced so I can make the function. The hardest thing for me is self monitoring. I want to beat this and I fight it every second to the point of total exhaustion. Now my boss is even monitoring me.

Missing outtings because I don't feel well makes me upset if it happens a lot.
