Sometimes while I'm laying in bed completely still I feel sand see the muscle in my arms or legs jumping literally!!
Now its not noticeable to the naked eye but if u stare at it for about 30 seconds you will see why I mean!
Does anyone know what that it or is experiencing something similar?

This is something I experience too quite regularly, particularly in bed when I am trying to rest, mine are especially noticeable in my calf and and biceps muscles, I have just gotten used to it now, I think it's quite common.
