Glad that it's gone. Sure is better than a visit to your nearest orthopedic, which would have been next.
@A MyMSTeam Member I'll retract my previous statement as last night I woke from a pain going from knee to ankle on my left side. I took an Ibuprofen then a sleeping pill. Pain was gone the next morning.
It might be arthritis or worn cartilage or something else-I have knee pain for 3 weeks now. I use a brace (feels more like a sleeve), about to get a new one; I've used a pain relief rub-barely does anything, tried cold pack-that doesn't work either. Get checked for arthritis or other degenerative ailments re: knees.
You might want to ask a doctor about this. Severe pain doesn't sound right.
