Has anyone noticed a correlation between what you eat each day to your symptoms?

Most definitely!!! Foods that are anti inflammatory, less breads, more clean protien and greens and I feel amazing. Get lazy about food choices and I feel like poop.

Definitely! Eating light & healthy makes a big difference in how I feel. If I have to eat fast food, I feel sluggish & my stomach gets upset.

Yes! The holidays have been horrible for me cuz I don't normally have all this inflammatory foods around and I'd like to say my will power to resist them is good but it isn't and I pay for it big time.

Absolutely. I've gone gluten free. When I eat gluten the tingling sensation in my feet turns into a burning sensation like my feet are on fire. I'm also more fatigued when I eat gluten than when I don't

Food is just as much a medicine as the stuff we take for the MS. The high glucose sugar and starches will cause my MS to start the pins and needles.
