I have a much bigger problem with heat. Although, overall I don't do well at either end of the weather spectrum.

I also thought it was just me!!! When it's raining or just moist and ucky outside I can tell you without even seeing outside! I am so glad to know it's not just me!!!!
It's been raining and/or just dreary outside for at least 3 days here and my body and brain are in a serious battle!!! I have to literally FORCE myself to move. Period. It's crazy and annoying for sure!!! I think Arizona is the best place for me. My dad also has MS and he live in Arizona and doesn't have the issues with really cold, rainy, or dreary days. It's hot but not wet hot like it is here. They have no humidity compared to the 90+% I deal with year round!

Really cold weather puts my whole body is a state of frozen spam. It doesn't matter how many layers I have on. One cold breath and I'm frozen from the inside out. That is until I discovered a battery heated vest by Gebril (I think I spelled that right but it's easy to find on a search). It is a life saver. It is tightly woven fleece on the outside and polar Tec on the inside. It is so warm that unless I'm outside for a prolonged period of time I don't even turn it on!

Hello I thought I was losing my mind. It has been several days and my left leg is giving me problems. I can feel each step.I take a step and it hurts. Moving up North would be a no go for me.
