Has anyone ever felt a pins and needles sensation in their back as though something is crawling up you? I've had the pins and needles before but never like this and never in my back.
Daily for the last 30+ years. It's really a bother when I get them on/in my head. I feel the tingling moving from left to right side of my head and down my face. Hate it. I've had friends say they can see it moving down my face. I guess I look like a stroke victim. Uck!!! Then it goes away or just moves to another part of my body.
All the time. My Neuro( who doesn't look into things) just chalked it up to neuralgia. I'm going to see a MS specialist.

Good Lord, YES! Its just in my back, though. I notice it when my body tempo goes up, like when I drink something hot like coffee. Or when I am hot (with too many layers on) OR when I am in the shower, or drying my hair, its as soon as my body temp starts to elevate. ... holy crap! My neuro says its heat intolerance, however says mine is TOO intolerant and should not be that sensitive. I have NO IDEA where to go from this point, but let e tell ya, its not fun
Pins and needles has been part of my life since diagnosed over 20 yrs ago: (
