I have been having terrible brain fog, making my physical fatigue feel worse. I always forget things now and I hate it! Has anyone had success with brain training? I'm trying it now but would like some insight! There's another question about this but not many answers on people's success with it, only that people have tried it. Thanks!

I got rid of my brain fog by changing my diet. I quit eating dairy, gluten, sugar, and eggs for about 12 months. Brain fog stopped after about 1-2 months. I've since added back limited amounts of gluten and some eggs. When I added some sugar back in over the holidays, I started to get the brain fog and some dizziness kick back in. While the diet change addressed the brain fog, it didn't help me with any other symptoms as I had hoped. As far as brain training, my job provides plenty of mental stimulation and mental exercise.

I still do them.. I figure If I don't Use It I'll Lose It.. But I still get Cog Fog and Forget What I'm Saying or a Word. Just draw a blank _____________ fortunately I have good friends and we fill in the blanks for each other.. Around strangers it's horribly awkward...

@A MyMSTeam Member I wish I'd seen that earlier. When I did my original Lumosity testing I scored just above primates. But I was a great problem solver apparently.( a problem solver with a VISA) I'll have to watch that story in the news.

Not getting anxious and stressing out by my brain fog decreases the fogginess.

I do the brain games. Not sure f it helps but makes me feel like I'm doing something about it
