Does depression and/or crying happen at regular times? Or unpredictable? That's strange it's similar to birth control pills. Do you take antidepressants? I don't know what to do.

I'm on 60 mg Duloxetine (generic Cymbalta). Maybe I need to take a higher dose. Another person said Effexor works for her.

I have found that a 90mg of Cymbalta has helped me with depression, pain, and somewhat with the insomnia.

I'm taking 2 antidepressants, bupropion and duloxetine. Presumably, getting depression under control should help crying. Are you on Tecfidera?
