Major medication changes for anxiety. Feeling better because I know now that it is the MS and not just me losing it. The dr told me that it is over stimulation or hypersensitivity , and my brain can not process things that quickly any longer. (That sucks!). Has anyone else had this happen? If so what are some of the coping skills you use? Thanks in advance!

I have bouts of anxiety or sense of doom with no identifiable cause. I rely on God and what he tells me, SO MY TRANQUILIZER IS: Philippians 4:6-8 "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God which passes passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Verse 8 also focuses me in the right direction, channeling my thought in a positive manner. Thank you Lord !!!
@A MyMSTeam Member. Not to worry, you have all of us to lean on or cry on. Nobody understands like a fellow MSer. Hang in there, friend.
All the time, hell I haven't had a shoulder to cry on since the late 1980's but I'm still here and taking all the "cra*p" that's been thrown at me, ha!!!!!!
I turn to God
Thank you!!! I thought I was imaging this sensitivity and being difficult:/ glad to know its real but sad about it at the same time. I HATE MS
