what is I do not want to take DMD? IS there anyone who said no to DMD and has been able to manage the disease well without any relapses? How did you do it?

What is DMD

I said no to DMD's, but it was because after 9 years they never worked for me. Now I try to manage with diet and exercise.

I take Tecfidera and it is working well for me. That said, my high school best friend also has MS. Unlike me, she was diagnosed young at 22. She doesn't take any DMD's. She does drink some drink she buys that has minerals and ocean type nutrients. I don't know, it's one of those home business sales type things. Sorry I don't know what it is exactly, but she swears by it. She gets relapses about once every other year it seems, but is still fairly mobile. She is happy with her choice. It's not for me, but some people do go that route.

I'm sorry, but I'm unfamiliar with the term "DMD". Let me know what it is, and I'll see if I can answer your question. :)
